British Sea Power - Do You Like Rock Music?

Whilst this album is good, it will never be remembered as their best. It is of its time, it tries to combine some of the currently fashionable sounds with the traditional British Sea Power institution.

Bill Callahan - Woke on a Whaleheart

Marc Riley's second favourite album of 2007, I ignored him at the time. This is just a really great collection of songs.

Taken by Trees - Open Field

By the splitter from the Concretes. It's not vastly different from Camera Obscura, but it is much better than anything the Concretes can do without her. It has a certain charm that might be lost if someone eventually teaches Victoria the proper pronunciations of English words.
